**Key Responsibilities:**
• Grow business in Brazil with key performance indicators (KPIs) of ride-hailing business, including rides, gross merchandise value (GMV), and net revenue (NetRev), by managing a team of business operations and drivers acquisition.
• Monitor and improve customer satisfaction metrics by addressing customer concerns and feedback.
• Support the development and execution of marketing strategies to build and strengthen the brand in the local market.
• Set and achieve financial targets for the region, optimizing costs and allocating resources effectively to ensure profitability.
• Coordinate interaction and processes between business and other departments.
• Control launching plans in the region.
• Coordinate projects with global resources (GR) and legal departments.
• Hire, manage, and develop the business operations team.
• Provide support in business and KPIs planning.
**Requirements:**
• Fluent English and Portuguese.
• 5+ years of experience in business operations, expansion, or launching in ride-hailing, delivery, and e-commerce fields.
• 2+ years of experience as a manager.
• Strategic leadership in project management, including planning and scheduling, budgeting and cost control, communication and stakeholder management, leadership and team management abilities.
• Advanced knowledge of analytical tools, such as Tableau and Google services.
• Marketing research experience.
• Knowledge of digital marketing, including planning, results evaluation, tools, and media planning.
• Long-term strategic vision and ability to understand consequences of actions for a long-term business outcome.
