We are seeking a Business Development professional to join our organization, focusing on the sales and marketing of software solutions.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop in-depth knowledge of all related products/services that can deliver value to customers.
- Partner with Sales and customer success teams to identify revenue prospects and opportunities for increasing service impact.
- Cultivate strong consultative relationships with customers by understanding their business objectives and process-improvement needs.
- Collaborate with Sales Account Managers to articulate and demonstrate the value proposition of software solutions to prospective customers.
- Effectively communicate and interact with customers as well as internally with product management, quality control, deployment, support, and other departments.
- Minimum 3 years in a customer-facing or relevant technical role (Sales Engineer, PreSales Solutions Consultant, or Technical Solution Architect).
- Solid understanding of enterprise software sales cycles and customer engagement.
- Ability to convey complex technology solutions and process improvements to multiple teams with diverse experience and skills.
