Our organization is committed to providing exceptional customer experiences through fast, accurate, and cost-effective delivery. We are seeking a talented Learning Content Designer who can create engaging learning solutions that drive quality, adoption, and satisfaction.
About the RoleThis individual will design and develop multiple approaches to support our UTR programs, including e-learning, video, and instructor-led training. They will work closely with business areas to identify learning needs and content creation opportunities.
Key Responsibilities- Create comprehensive learning solutions in various formats to meet the needs of our stakeholders;
- Implement and measure learning outcomes using our Learning Management System (LMS);
- Leverage our Learning Design Systems (LDS) platforms to craft effective learning experiences;
- Apply instructional design principles, learning theories, and technology tools to deliver high-quality results;
- Support instructor-led training with relevant content;
- Design communication pieces such as reports, invites, and announcements.
This professional will collaborate with our Learning & Development team to integrate their content seamlessly into our learning management system. They will monitor learner progress and feedback to continually optimize the effectiveness of their training solutions.
