Enterprise Features Leader

We are seeking an accomplished Enterprise Features Leader to build and lead our second team, driving the delivery of advanced security, compliance, scalability, and reliability.

This role involves overseeing the design, development, and release of critical enterprise features. You will direct a team of engineers (3–4 initially, scaling to 6+), mentor them, and act as a bridge between engineering and enterprise-facing teams.

About This Role
  • Lead high-performing engineering teams (3–6+ engineers).
  • Raise technical and execution standards in previous roles.
  • Prioritize product value with a willingness to talk to customers.
Requirements
  • Proven experience building enterprise-grade features (security, compliance, scalability).
  • Familiarity with entrepreneurial backgrounds or founder experience.
