Job Overview

This role involves supporting and contributing to the enhancement of our Calypso instance. You will address and respond to production support issues, troubleshoot problems arising from day-to-day activities on Calypso, and provide support to front office (FO) and middle office (MO) users.

Key Responsibilities
  • Configure, update, and optimize functional setup in Calypso
  • Execute scheduled tasks where required
  • Develop necessary functional solutions for the Calypso instance as per requirements
  • Monitor market quotes and system error messages
  • Ensure supporting documents are complete and stored properly
Collaboration and Communication

You will work closely with business and technology stakeholders to ensure effective implementation of the project(s). This includes submitting status reports, coordinating updates to steering committees, and collaborating with key stakeholders to achieve clear outcomes.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Expertise with a front-to-back Calypso derivatives solution, including accounting
  • Good knowledge of financial products across assets
  • Leadership skills and excellent analytical skills
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to gather business requirements appropriately
