Medical Excellence and Operations Senior Analyst Job Description

About This Role

This is a senior-level position that requires exceptional leadership skills, strategic thinking, and operational expertise. As a Medical Excellence and Operations Senior Analyst, you will join our dynamic team to drive cross-functional process improvements, ensure accountability with external partners, and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support budget tracking and business reviews
  • Provide tracking and reporting of plans to foster performance and executional excellence
  • Manage financial operations, including PO issuance, invoice management, and supplier payment alignment
  • Offer operational support in external engagements, ensuring alignment with vendors and managing material submissions
  • Coordinate materials review and support pharmacovigilance and quality monitoring
  • Contribute to the successful delivery of local initiatives related to pipeline products and projects
  • Support the implementation of governance structures aligned with core values and ensure audit readiness and compliance monitoring
  • Assist in local medical leadership meetings and support strategic initiatives aimed at process optimization
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in life sciences, healthcare, or pharmaceutical sciences
  • Experience in a pharmaceutical company or PHSP-related industry
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and coordinate projects effectively
  • Written and verbal fluency in English
  • Experience with common medical department procedures/SOPs and IT software such as MS-Excel, MS-PowerPoint, MS-Word, MS-Outlook, MS-Visio, OneNote, Office365, I-Procurement, Oracle
