Senior Manager, Total Rewards

A highly motivated and experienced professional is sought to lead the development and implementation of a comprehensive total reward strategy.

  • Develop and administer US total rewards programs
  • Ensure internal equity and external competitiveness across all businesses, locations, and functions
  • Oversee review and effectiveness of company compensation, benefit, wellness, and employee health practices, programs, policies, and guidelines

This role will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of market competitive total reward packages consisting of compensation, equity, and benefits.

  • Utilize market trends to develop creative total compensation programs resulting in the engagement of all employees
  • Provide leadership, guidance, and direction while ensuring the regional deployment of the company's compensation programs
  • Ensure all total reward programs are in compliance with company policies, federal legislation, and other government and regulatory requirements

To succeed in this role, experience in developing and administering US total rewards programs, applicable State and Federal employment laws, working with all levels within an organization, and working with global dispersed teams and compensation is required.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field
  • HR Certification (PHR, SHRM-CP, CEBS, CCP, etc.)
  • 7-10 years of relevant experience
