Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyzing market trends and competitor data to inform compensation and benefits decisions and maintain a competitive edge.
  • Collaborating with HR and finance teams to ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations and minimize risks.

As a Global Compensation and Benefits Specialist, you will be expected to stay up-to-date on changing laws and regulations, industry best practices, and emerging trends in compensation and benefits to make informed decisions and drive business results.

Requirements:
  • Proven experience in compensation and benefits, preferably in a global organization, with a strong understanding of international labor laws and regulations.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to analyze complex data and develop creative solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build effective relationships with stakeholders and colleagues.
