Job Profile

  • As a key member of our organization, we are seeking an experienced Cost Planning Manager to oversee financial planning and analysis initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and implementation of cost management strategies across departments, utilizing advanced statistical methods and ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle.
  • Design and execute effective cost-reduction programs to align with business objectives and industry insights.
  • Establish and track performance metrics to support team success and ongoing improvement, while developing customized training programs and promoting a collaborative team environment.
  • Ensure seamless communication among departments to synchronize project goals and prepare regular reports for senior leadership.
  • Drive project execution from planning to evaluation, ensuring efficiency and impact.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields.
  • Postgraduate qualification in Financial Management or Industrial Administration is advantageous.
  • Significant experience in a similar industry, with strong hands-on field exposure and previous team management experience.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and excellent English communication skills.
