Strategic Marketing Director

We are seeking a visionary Marketing Leader to spearhead our brand activities in Brazil. This role will be responsible for aligning our global marketing strategies with the U.S. model, while driving growth and innovation.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate between cross-functional teams to ensure program alignment and resource availability.
- Develop strategic partnerships with influencers and opinion leaders to drive cultural integration and relationship building.
- Plan and execute events that align with brand strategies and business plans.
- Leverage global, national, and regional brand properties and events to develop innovative marketing ideas.
- Lead branding and visual identity efforts, including in-store shopper activations.
- Manage college programs and sampling initiatives, including ambassadors and large-scale sampling operations.
- Coordinate consumer promotions and support digital and social media engagement through content creation and athlete collaborations.
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- 1-3 years of marketing experience within top-tier CPG companies, preferably beverages.
- Over 10 years of proven leadership experience in cross-functional teams.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
- Solid consumer brand management experience, with expertise in shopper/channel marketing programs and public relations.
