IT Sector Talent Acquisition Specialist

Sweden's IT sector is in need of skilled professionals. Approximately 30,000 are required by 2030, according to the Swedish Statistical Central Bureau.

We are seeking a senior headhunter to assist in finding these skilled engineers and informing them about the benefits of living and working in Sweden. Building trust with suitable candidates will be crucial for success in this role.

The relocation process can be complex, but our delivery management team will handle all practical matters related to the relocation of our consultants.

We require someone with at least 5 years of experience in recruitment within the IT sector, or similar technical experience. A solid network of local engineering talent within IT is essential. Additionally, we require a service-oriented individual with a flexible mindset, high quality awareness, and understanding of headhunting principles.

This is a full-time position that requires long-term commitment. You will be responsible for identifying and closing recruitment requests efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruit skilled engineers for clients in Sweden
  • Build trust with suitable candidates
  • Assist in the relocation process
  • Identify and close recruitment requests

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of professional experience from recruitment in the IT sector
  • Solid network of local engineering talent within IT
  • Service-oriented with a flexible mindset
  • High quality and brand awareness
  • Understanding of headhunting principles
  • Upper intermediate English
  • Familiarity with contemporary IT technologies and methods
  • Analytical and well-organized with attention to detail
  • Self-confident, happy, and outgoing with a high level of self-motivation
  • Durable and stubborn with a capacity to take 'no' as a reason to try harder
  • Passionate about success with an executive yet relaxed attitude towards work, colleagues, and customers
  • Responsive and responsible with an appropriate and representative appearance
