As a revenue forecasting and analysis professional, you will play a key role in driving business growth by providing accurate financial insights. Your expertise in data-driven decision making will enable our organization to make informed strategic choices.
">- Develop and maintain comprehensive revenue forecasts, leveraging your analytical skills to identify trends and patterns.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless data flow across departments, guaranteeing the integrity of our financial reporting.
- Prepare and present actionable insights to senior leadership, utilizing visualizations and storytelling techniques to convey complex information effectively.
- Collaborate with Sales and Finance teams to design quota structures and performance metrics, fostering a data-driven culture within the organization.
Key Qualifications:
">- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; advanced certifications like CPA/CMA are a plus.
- Alternatively, a technical degree (CS/Engineering/Math/Stats) with demonstrated finance proficiency is required, meeting at least two of the following criteria:
- 1+ year of experience in FP&A/revenue/sales finance.
- Ownership of revenue/pipeline models, including ARR/MRR, cohorts, and CAC/LTV.
- 3+ years of experience in FP&A, Sales Finance, Commercial Finance, or RevOps analytics.
- Advanced Excel skills, including Power Query, pivots, XLOOKUP/INDEX-MATCH, and what-if modeling.
- Working knowledge of Salesforce, HubSpot, and NetSuite/ERP.
- Excellent communication skills, enabling you to translate complex data into clear business recommendations.
