Job Title: Trade Development Manager

The Trade Development Manager Modern Trade has the role of developing regional and national accounts within its geographic area. This position works together with bottlers to identify opportunities for growth.

  • This person will manage relationships with account managers and negotiate with customers.
  • Develop commercial business plans for growth, focusing on key account KPIs: Share, SOVI, Volume, Coolers, Price Compliance, IPS, VPO.
  • Visit stores to monitor correct execution of the market strategy and follow-up client's business plan.
  • Analyze and monitor channel performance indicators (Nielsen, Power BI) to identify opportunities for business growth.
  • Train merchandising teams according to agreed guidelines.

Position Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • 1-3 years experience in sales.
  • Additional 1-3 years experience in retail, wholesaler or distributor sales environment.
  • Advanced user of Microsoft Office.
