Job Opportunity

The Trade Development Manager role involves driving growth in the Modern Trade channel within a specific geographic area. This includes collaborating with bottling partners to identify opportunities and executing Go to Market strategies, encompassing field marketing and trade activities.

Main Responsibilities
  • Negotiate with customers to achieve business expansion while maintaining relationships with bottler account managers.
  • Create commercial plans for key accounts, focusing on KPIs like Share, SOVI, Volume, Coolers, Price Compliance, IPS, and VPO.
  • Conduct store visits to ensure correct market execution, monitor client performance, and analyze indicators using tools like Nielsen and Power BI.
  • Train merchandising teams according to agreed-upon guidelines.
Requirements
  • Preferrably hold a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Desirable experience: 1-3 years in sales, preferably in retail, wholesaler, or distributor environments.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office.
