About the Role:

This is an opportunity for a driven, analytical individual with excellent communication skills to find creative solutions. Your strengths include critical thinking, decisiveness, and adaptability. You will play a key role in expanding our business by building strong internal and external networks to drive growth and enhance our firm's reputation in the general liability insurance market.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough risk assessments and underwriting to ensure accurate evaluations;
  • Gather and streamline data from various sources;
  • Support senior members and stakeholders with presentations, data gathering, report writing, and maintaining databases and data pipelines;
  • Maintain compliance with applicable insurance laws and regulations;
  • Develop and deliver training programs for sales teams nationwide.

Your Qualifications:

  • A minimum of three years of experience in the insurance industry is required.

Nice to Have:

  • A master's degree in Business, Economics, or Corporate Law can be beneficial;
  • Knowledge of agile methodologies and certification can be advantageous;
  • Ambitious individuals eager to find new solutions and methods are encouraged to apply.
