Requirements:

  • Experience in customer service, preferably in the gaming industry.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, with proficiency in Portuguese and other languages a plus.
  • Ability to work in shifts, including evenings and weekends, and handle high-pressure situations with ease.
  • Flexibility in scheduling, including shift rotation and occasional overtime.
