**Job Description**:
The Special Projects team is responsible for providing technical inputs to planners regarding MTTR and tools/materials required for blade repairs. You will prioritize blade damages repairs from Blade Engineering recommendations, provide first-level expert technical support to Service, and liaise with other technical staff throughout the company.
**Responsabilities**:
- Provide technical inputs to planners at the planning step regarding MTTR and tools/materials required for blade repairs.
- Prioritize blade damages repairs from Blade Engineering recommendations.
- Provide first-level expert technical support to Service, including outsourced manpower.
- Liaise with other technical staff throughout the company as part of solving technical issues.
- Ensure correct blade work instruction and parameter settings for windfarms.
- Identify spare parts and documentation when needed.
- Perform on-the-job guidance and quality control for blade inspection and repair.
- Ensure that all work is delivered in accordance with relevant standards and work instructions.
- Document repair work according to requirements and upload in CIR (Component Report Platform).
- Liaise with clients to facilitate resolution of technical issues and ensure increased customer satisfaction.
- Provide technical input to support sales blade repair service upon request from Sales.
- Convert knowledge into business value actively.
**Qualifications**:
- Technical education such as Electrical or Mechanical.
- An engineering background would be beneficial.
- Experience in the field of blade repair.
- Advanced PC skills - SAP, Microsoft Office.
- Good knowledge of composites.
- Good communication skills in English, both oral and in writing.
**Competences**:
- Ability to organize and prioritize tasks.
- Ability to work both with limited supervision and as part of the team.
- Pragmatical and problem-solving skills.
- Affinity to work within different systems to identify root cause and document solutions.
- High attention to detail and a solid commitment to quality.
