About Our Role

We are seeking a seasoned Customer Success Professional to join our team. This individual will play a key role in ensuring the successful adoption and utilization of our software solutions by clients.

The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience in customer-facing roles, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional results in support, success, or SaaS environments. They will be proficient in English and possess fluency in Portuguese. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential for this position.

Familiarity with CRM tools, such as Zoho CRM, and support platforms like Zendesk is highly desirable. The ability to host webinars, online training sessions, and facilitate knowledge-sharing initiatives will also be valuable assets. Above all, the successful candidate must demonstrate a passion for customer education, lifecycle engagement, and process-oriented improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Fluent communication in Portuguese and strong English skills
  • 2+ years in Customer Success, Support, or SaaS roles
  • Familiarity with Zendesk or similar support platforms
  • Experience using CRM tools (Zoho CRM is a plus)
  • Ability to host webinars or online training
  • Passion for customer education and lifecycle engagement
  • Strong documentation and knowledge-sharing mindset
  • Process-oriented with a drive to identify improvements and automation
