We are seeking a highly skilled Tech Operations Lead to join our team. This role will be responsible for designing and implementing automated observability stacks, building AI-native customer experience platforms, and automating fraud prevention at scale.
Key Responsibilities:- Design a scalable and resilient infrastructure to monitor operations proactively and surface anomalies early.
- Partner with engineering and product teams to build a fully tech-powered customer support function.
- Owning the workflows behind fraud detection and response.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Systematic and process-oriented thinking with a focus on designing clear and scalable processes.
- Tech-savviness and automation-first mindset with experience in building internal workflows and experimenting with AI.
- Comfort operating in data-rich environments with fluency in metrics, dashboards, and root-cause analysis.
- High agency with a bias for action and accountability and the ability to operate effectively in ambiguity.
