Main Responsibilities
  • Drive the implementation and governance of quality and safety vision, strategy, and goals.
  • Deploy and maintain quality management systems in close collaboration with local teams.
  • Establish, implement, maintain, and continuously improve quality management systems.
  • Analyze customer feedback data and respond effectively; evaluate risks, problems, and solutions from quality and stakeholder perspectives.
  • Ensure internal controls meet requirements, establish performance indicators, and work with local management to prevent defects.
  • Manage non-conformances to closure and ensure compliance with applicable standards.
Your Background
  • Bachelor's degree in electrical or mechanical engineering; master's degree desirable.
  • Advanced English and Spanish language skills.
  • Experience in business operations and quality processes.
  • Certification or experience in problem-solving and continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Experience implementing business strategies across multiple countries in a matrix organization.
