ERP Consultant: Supply Chain Expert

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced ERP consultant to lead our supply chain projects. As a senior consultant, you will be responsible for implementing Oracle ERP solutions across various industries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement Oracle ERP solutions in supply chain tracks like order management, purchasing, and manufacturing.
  • Interface with key stakeholders and apply your SCM/manufacturing domain knowledge along with Oracle expertise.
  • Elicit requirements, define application architecture, design, and support.
  • Solve day-to-day issues faced by users of the system, requiring problem-solving attitude and learnability.
  • Be involved in high-level and detailed solution design, lead validation for all types of testing, and support activities related to implementation, transition, and warranty.

Main Activities and Responsibilities:

  • Work collaboratively in a team environment, adapting to new challenges and eagerness to learn new technologies.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, facilitating collaboration and exchange of information.
  • Analyze and solve complex problems, ensuring effective solutions that meet business needs.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Oracle EBS R12 ERP, including technical tables, to provide expert advice and support.
  • Validate requirements with product offerings, working with relevant stakeholders for product customization requests.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution.
  • At least 10 years of relevant IT experience, with 3+ years of progressive experience in the specialty.
  • Experience in Oracle Mfg and Supply Chain projects, including support and development.
  • Minimum of 2 implementation experiences as a supply chain consultant and 1-2 maintenance projects.
  • Functional skills across Order Management, Purchasing, Inventory, WIP modules of Oracle EBS R12.2+
  • Requirement gathering, business requirement document creation, and liaison with other teams.

  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Adaptability to new challenges and eagerness to learn new technologies.

Additional Information:

  • 10+ years of experience in implementing Oracle ERP across manufacturing customers.
  • Experience in Oracle implementation, including development of integrations, custom reports, and extensions.
  • Worked on Oracle SCM turnkey projects across various areas.
  • Desire to work in a global delivery environment.
