Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned IT professional to fill the role of Supply Chain Consultant.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Oracle ERP implementation, particularly in manufacturing customers. They will be responsible for leading the design and implementation of supply chain solutions across various stages of the project, from requirements elicitation to application architecture definition, design, and support.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. They will work collaboratively in a team environment, adapting to new challenges and eager to learn new technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement supply chain solutions across various stages of the project
  • Liaise with stakeholders to gather requirements and develop business requirement documents
  • Collaborate with offshore teams for custom development
  • Conduct root cause analysis and implement suggestions to fix recurring issues permanently
  • Play a key role in solving day-to-day issues faced by system users

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution
  • 10+ years of experience in implementing Oracle ERP across manufacturing customers
  • Experience in Oracle implementation, including development of integrations, custom reports, and extensions
  • Strong knowledge of technical tables for Oracle EBS R12 ERP highly desired
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
