Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Desktop Support Specialist to join our organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot and resolve software and hardware issues for desktop systems, including remote support of PCs and peripherals.
- Escalate unresolved problems and follow up with customers to ensure satisfactory incident closure.
- Perform tasks in accordance with established policies, standards, and procedures.
- Assist with installing and de-installing software, PCs, and peripherals as required.
Requirements:
- Proficient knowledge of basic desktop hardware and Microsoft products.
- A+ certification or equivalent work experience.
- One year of related experience in desktop support in a Microsoft environment.
