
IT Support Specialist

We are seeking an experienced IT Support Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional technical support to our users, ensuring they have the best possible experience.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide level 1 and 2 support on IT assets, escalating and resolving tickets as necessary.
- Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of IT assets, including hardware and software diagnostics and troubleshooting.
- Leverage logging and monitoring tools to identify and resolve issues efficiently.
- Maintain up-to-date documentation to enable self-service and AI-assisted information from internal sources.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A strong understanding of IT concepts, including prioritization, trade-off analysis, isolation, testing, deductive reasoning, and security best practices.
- Awareness of security controls, risks, and best practices.
- Excellent communication skills in English, with Spanish a plus.
- Strong soft skills for first-line support, including empathy and problem-solving abilities.
