Job Summary:

We are seeking a seasoned Podcast Manager to spearhead our podcast business in Brazil. The successful candidate will be responsible for collaborating with cross-functional teams to shape the vision, strategy, and goals for our podcasts.

  • Develop strong relationships with content creators and producers in Brazil.\
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to maintain and achieve penetration rate goals.\
  • Present relevant content options for creating original and exclusive podcasts for Amazon Music.\
  • Stay at the forefront of trends and new opportunities in the Brazilian podcast market.\
  • Experience in podcast production is essential.\
  • Passion for internationalization and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.\
  • Previous experience in an Agile environment or relevant training is preferred.\

    • Thorough knowledge of the Brazilian podcast market.\
    • High degree of agility using content management systems.\
    • Demonstrated experience working in cross-cultural and international environments.\
    • Ability to manage multiple simultaneous deadlines and work streams.\
    • Fluency in English and Spanish is required.\
    • Superior oral and written communication skills are necessary.\
