Job Summary:
">Senior Landscape ArchitectWe are seeking a highly motivated and talented Senior Landscape Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of experience in large-scale projects, with a strong background in landscape design and architecture.
Key Responsibilities:
">- Develop schematic designs and deliver drawings packages for review and approval.
- Prepare tender documents, working drawings, shop drawings, and details.
- Consult with clients to determine project budgets and prepare information regarding design specifications materials lighting softscape vegetation color estimated costs and construction time.
- Administer construction contracts and conduct periodic on-site observations of work during construction to monitor compliance with drawings and specifications.
Requirements:
">- 8+ years of experience in landscape architecture or a related field.
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture Urban Planning or a related field.
- Previous experience in large-scale projects is an advantage.
- Deep knowledge of international and local standards and codes of practice.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD Revit Lumion and SketchUp.
- Excellent command of the English language.
