Job Title

We are seeking a skilled Cloud Automation Specialist to join our team. This role involves working with clients in the U.S. on flexible, project-based development work.

You will integrate directly into our client's team and work alongside their existing designers and engineers on a daily basis.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, implement, and maintain scalable infrastructure using Amazon Web Services (AWS).
  • Develop and enforce continuous integration and delivery pipelines using CI/CD tools such as GitHub Actions.
  • Implement containerization practices using Docker and manage the deployment of applications.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for automation and implement solutions using Python, Shell scripting, and other languages.
  • Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure high availability and reliability.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of professional experience as a Cloud Automation Specialist.
  • Successful completion of a four-year college degree is required.
  • Advanced English is required.
  • Experience with Ruby or Ruby on Rails.
  • Familiarity with Next.js, Node.js, or JavaScript frameworks.
  • Proficiency in Python and Shell scripting for automation.
  • Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) practices.
  • Practical experience with AWS.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD tools and concepts.
  • Ability to write clean, maintainable code in an object-oriented programming language.
  • Solid understanding of Git and version control workflows.
  • Knowledge of SQL for data manipulation or database operations.
  • Forensic attention to detail.
  • A positive mindset and a can-do attitude.
