Key Responsibilities:

  2. Manage major incidents via CIRS, providing frequent updates until resolution.">
  3. Deep-dive application troubleshooting and identifying preventive actions.">
  4. CIRS-related request management, including deployments, feature toggles, and data fixes.">
  5. Production incident follow-up and cross-functional team coordination.">
  6. Enhance monitoring capabilities using Dynatrace, Kibana, and Splunk.">
  7. Write and improve monitoring scripts and alerts based on incident learnings.">
  8. Handle customer escalations and coordinate with Support & Engineering teams.">
  9. Support planned activities and respond to CES team requests.">
