**Job Overview:**

As a Regional Marketing Senior Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in driving regional growth and ensuring the success of our restaurant partners.

**Key Responsibilities:

  • Support local marketing efforts to drive restaurant sign-ups and onboarding readiness through campaigns, assets, and toolkits.
  • Help activate restaurant and user marketing campaigns that contribute to city-level operational and revenue targets.
  • Track regional promo engagement, online rate, and feature adoption among restaurants.
  • Partner with regional commercial teams to execute POS deployment, onboarding kits, and trade dress installation.
  • Coordinate training sessions, benefit campaigns, and loyalty initiatives for restaurant partners.
  • Ensure brand compliance across restaurant assets in local markets, with periodic audits and recaps.

**Analyzing Campaign Results and Supporting Continuous Improvement:**

Review campaign performance data to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to enhance activation results.

**Requirements and Qualifications:**

  • 2-4 years of experience in marketing operations, trade execution, commercial support, or regional marketing.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple activations at once.
  • Experience contributing to initiatives that drive measurable outcomes at the local or city level.
  • Attention to detail and passion for hands-on execution in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to collaborate with commercial and creative teams effectively.
  • Comfortable with reporting tools and performance tracking.
  • Fluency in Portuguese and basic English.
