SOC Technical Account Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled SOC Technical Account Manager to join our team at iSource Professionals. As a key member of our security operations team, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, providing technical guidance, and coordinating projects to optimize client security postures.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients
  • Understand client security needs and objectives
  • Act as a trusted advisor for all security operations matters
  • Provide technical expertise on MS Sentinel and other Microsoft security products
  • Offer best practices for configuring and using MS Sentinel to detect and respond to threats
  • Conduct regular health checks and reviews of client security postures
  • Recommend enhancements to improve client security operations
  • Assist clients during security incidents by providing guidance and support
  • Coordinate with SOC analysts and other stakeholders to ensure timely incident resolution
  • Educate clients on the features and capabilities of MS Sentinel and related tools
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 5 years in a technical account management or similar role
  • Microsoft Certified: Security Operations Analyst Associate
  • Microsoft Certified: Azure Security Engineer Associate
  • Excellent communication skills
