Job Overview
Fortinet is seeking a skilled Technical Account Manager to join our team. As a Technical Account Manager, you will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and providing recommendations on configuration information, customer network information, and packet trace information.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect and analyze configuration information to identify areas for improvement
- Analyze customer network information to identify trends and opportunities for growth
- Collect and analyze packet trace information to identify issues and provide recommendations for resolution
- Provide education and training to customers on network configuration and optimization
- Recommend software solutions to customers based on their specific needs
- Conduct upgrade testing in a lab environment to ensure seamless integration
Requirements
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong technical skills, including knowledge of network configuration and optimization
