Job Overview

Fortinet is seeking a skilled Technical Account Manager to join our team. As a Technical Account Manager, you will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and providing recommendations on configuration information, customer network information, and packet trace information.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collect and analyze configuration information to identify areas for improvement
  • Analyze customer network information to identify trends and opportunities for growth
  • Collect and analyze packet trace information to identify issues and provide recommendations for resolution
  • Provide education and training to customers on network configuration and optimization
  • Recommend software solutions to customers based on their specific needs
  • Conduct upgrade testing in a lab environment to ensure seamless integration
