Senior Data Engineer Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Data Engineer Manager to lead our data engineering efforts. This is a unique opportunity for an experienced professional to drive the development and deployment of scalable, secure, and innovative data products aligned with our business goals.

Job Description

The Senior Data Engineer Manager will be responsible for defining and executing our overall data strategy, directly supporting our industrial product vision and roadmap. This includes architecting and overseeing end-to-end development of our data platforms, ensuring scalability, security, and modularity. Additionally, the successful candidate will lead, mentor, and retain high-performing teams, promoting a culture of innovation, ownership, and technical rigor.

  • Data Strategy: Define and execute the overall data strategy, directly supporting the company's industrial product vision and roadmap.
  • Platform Development: Architect and oversee end-to-end development of data platforms, ensuring scalability, security, and modularity.
  • Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and retain high-performing teams, promoting a culture of innovation, ownership, and technical rigor.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a solid experience in technical leadership of end-to-end data projects, including managing multidisciplinary engineering teams. Proven hands-on expertise in Python, software engineering, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), data architecture, and scalable data pipelines is also essential. Deep familiarity with AI/ML frameworks and tools, MLOps best practices, and platform development is required.

  • Technical Leadership: Solid experience in technical leadership of end-to-end data projects, including managing multidisciplinary engineering teams.
  • Programming Skills: Proven hands-on expertise in Python, software engineering, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), data architecture, and scalable data pipelines.
  • AI/ML Expertise: Deep familiarity with AI/ML frameworks and tools, MLOps best practices, and platform development.
