Global Agile Transformation Specialist

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Agile transformation specialist to lead our teams in delivering business value through effective project management. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Agile principles and methodologies, as well as experience in coaching teams to achieve high levels of maturity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead multiple global cross-functional teams using Agile methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe.
  • Facilitate sprint events, ensuring smooth development and product releases.
  • Support product owners in shaping product scope, focusing on Product Backlog health and Dependency Management for better release management.
  • Partner with stakeholders, vendors, and dependent teams to drive success.
  • Develop and execute planning increments to establish scope and build release plans.
  • Cultivate Agile maturity within squads through coaching and guidance.
  • Identify and remove impediments, track progress, and escalate issues when necessary.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited institution.
  • 4+ years of experience in building data platforms and solutions.
  • 5+ years leading large-scale transformation programs leveraging Agile or Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe).
  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Certified Scrum Professional (CSP).
  • Experience in coaching Product owners in Product backlog health, prioritization, etc.
  • Strong understanding of system development life cycle.
