Senior Business Manager

Leading a team of seasoned project managers, you will oversee the full lifecycle of Tax Determination implementations in Brazil. This includes planning and stakeholder alignment, ensuring effective deployment of the Taxrules platform in accordance with Brazilian tax legislation.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage delivery of Tax Determination projects using the Taxrules platform.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including Solution Consultants, Regulatory specialists, Product experts, and Integration specialists.
- Serve as primary point of contact for clients, managing expectations, timelines, and escalations.
- Ensure compliance with Brazilian tax regulations throughout the project lifecycle.
- Lead weekly status meetings, maintain project documentation, and deliver concise progress reports.
- Proven experience in managing tax technology or ERP-related projects in Brazil.
- Strong understanding of Brazilian tax legislation and its application in automated systems.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies (Agile, PMP).
- Fluency in Portuguese and English.
- Experience with REST API integrations and tax content configuration.
- Background in consulting or professional services delivery.
- Knowledge of e-invoicing frameworks (NF-e, NFS-e, CT-e) and tax reform impacts.
