Key Responsibilities- Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with our clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions to meet their business objectives.
- Revenue Growth: Drive revenue growth through cross-selling, retention, and expansion of our services to existing clients.
- Account Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring timely and effective communication, and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Business Development: Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to acquire new clients, while also expanding our services to existing clients.
- Client Satisfaction: Ensure that our clients receive exceptional service, resulting in high levels of satisfaction and loyalty.
- Experience: Minimum 6-8 years of proven success in client management in SaaS, Payments, or Card issuance.
- Language Skills: Fluent in English and Portuguese.
- Communication Skills: Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
- Adaptability: Ability to adapt or build new SOPs to cater for changing product features deployment with the Relationship Management Team.
- Team Player: Dynamic personality with strong winning and high performance mindset, self-motivated, and a quick learner.
