Ambitious HR Generalist for a Global Organization

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated HR Generalist to support our company's growth in the LATAM market. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing employee records, developing and implementing HR policies, and collaborating with stakeholders to ensure smooth communication.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administer and update employee records with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with local regulations and best practices.
  • Collaborate closely with local and global stakeholders to ensure efficient communication and information flow.
Requirements:
  • Education background in finance and accounts or equivalent further training such as an HR Specialist Certificate.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a similar role with a strong understanding of Brazil Employment law and social security system.
  • Excellent knowledge of regular accounting practices and ability to work under pressure.
  • Fluent English language skills with conversational proficiency in local languages such as Portuguese, French, Spanish, and German is a plus.
Working Conditions:
  • 50 - 60% workload with flexibility to adapt to changing priorities.
  • Contract employment based on performance with evaluation after 6-9 months.
