Job Title: VIP Account Manager
This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated and skilled VIP Account Manager to join our team. We are seeking a talented professional with experience in account management, sales, or customer service, preferably in the betting or online gaming industry.
The successful candidate will be responsible for building strong client relationships, supporting engagement strategies, and helping improve the overall VIP experience. This includes assisting in identifying and onboarding new VIP clients through prospecting and networking, managing VIP client relationships, and executing engagement and retention strategies to increase player loyalty.
To succeed in this role, you will need excellent interpersonal and communication skills, as well as basic knowledge of sports betting and online casino markets. You should also be comfortable working with data and reports to understand customer behavior and proficient in MS Office and CRM tools.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in identifying and onboarding new VIP clients through prospecting and networking.
- Manage VIP client relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
- Execute engagement and retention strategies to increase player loyalty.
- Work closely with senior team members to design and implement and improve VIP incentives, promotions, and personalized offers.
- Monitor key performance metrics such as betting volume, customer acquisition cost (CAC), retention rates, and customer lifetime value (LTV).
- Assist in preparing reports on VIP performance and account development.
- Ensure compliance with responsible gaming and company policies.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience in account management, sales, or customer service, preferably in the betting or online gaming industry.
- Basic knowledge of sports betting and online casino markets.
- Comfortable working with data and reports to understand customer behavior.
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools.
- Ability to work flexible hours when needed.
