Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute tests for Wabtec applications and systems
  • Develop test plans and scenarios related to software and component qualification of the PTC system
  • Perform PTC system testing procedures
  • Ensure software quality delivered for testing
  • Configure and operate existing PTC test simulators
  • Maintain (predictive/corrective) the testing environment
  • Identify and analyze PTC system failures, collect evidence, and record occurrences in testing tools
  • Generate Test Reports (standard model) and ensure deliveries
  • Communicate test results to test leaders
  • Communicate defects found during testing to developers
