We invite you to join our team as an Ixp Intern and contribute to the planning, execution, and delivery of leadership and talent development programs for Latin America and global initiatives.

As an intern, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Support leadership and talent development programs for Latin America and global initiatives.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of leadership and talent development programs specific to the LAC region.
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure these programs align with the global strategy.

Additionally, you will participate in global meetings and initiatives to provide insights and contribute to the development of global strategies and best practices.

Some of the key responsibilities of this role include:

  1. Creating, updating, and maintaining reports related to people experience and talent development programs.
  2. Designing, content creation, and delivery of internal and external communications related to talent development.
  3. Executing strategic projects related to talent development, overseeing project timelines, resources, and stakeholder engagement.
