Main Responsibilities
- Talent Management:
- Promote individual growth and development by leveraging performance management processes to identify areas for training and improvement.
- Foster strong relationships with consultants, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their career goals.
- Collaborate with partners and other talent managers to assemble high-performing consulting teams and address any operational issues that may arise.

- Project Staffing:
- Stay abreast of project requirements and staffing needs, ensuring seamless project delivery and timely issue resolution.
- Liaise with project leaders to anticipate capacity constraints and manage expectations accordingly.
- Effectively communicate staffing outcomes to consultants, demonstrating empathy and understanding in challenging situations.
