Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Financial Planning Manager to join our organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring accurate month-end processes, supporting the finance team on reporting review, and providing ad-hoc analysis to senior management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure accurate month-end process (P&L) according to Group Policies, comparing actuals with Budget / Forecast and explaining major deviations
  • Support the finance team on reporting review with project directors and department managers
  • Provide ad-hoc analysis to Senior Management as required (review business opportunities, cost optimization, financial models, scenario analysis, among others)

Requirements:

  • BS degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Production Engineering, Administration or related fields
  • Proven experience as Financial Planning Manager, Controller or similar role, with a sound understanding of accounting principles
  • Previous experience leading mid to large teams, with a minimum of 8 financial analysts and one internship
  • Preferred experience in the oil & gas or shipping industry
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft tools, particularly MS Excel, and Power BI
  • Experience with enterprise resource planning systems (ERP), such as SAP, Agresso, Oracle, or Totvs
  • Strategic thinking and analytical skills highly desired
  • Fluent English, with excellent communication skills
