Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive Logistics and Supply Chain plans to achieve business objectives
  • Lead cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and optimize supply chain operations
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and mitigate risks, and develop contingency plans
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure supply chain performance and identify areas for improvement
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure The BIG Jobsite remains competitive

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in Logistics and Supply Chain management, preferably in a similar industry
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide teams
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken)
