We are seeking a Senior Account Manager to lead post-sale relationships, guide onboarding, and ensure long-term client satisfaction and retention. As a key member of our team, you will manage the full post-sale lifecycle for a portfolio of strategic accounts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the entire customer journey from onboarding to renewal
  • Develop a deep understanding of each client's goals, workflows, and success metrics
  • Conduct regular check-ins and strategic business reviews to align product usage with outcomes
  • Identify and mitigate churn risks with proactive engagement
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to advocate for client needs
Requirements:
  • 3-5+ years of experience in client success, account management, or a similar role
  • Proven track record of managing B2B relationships and communicating with multiple stakeholders
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple priorities
  • Passion for delivering high-impact client experiences
  • Bonus: experience with SaaS or AI-driven tools, and platforms like Slack, Airtable, HubSpot
