We're seeking a seasoned technology professional to join our team as a Technology Lead.

Job Description

As a Tech Lead, you will play a pivotal role in driving the technical direction of our organization. Your primary responsibility will be to lead and manage a team of engineers, providing guidance and mentorship to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.

You will be responsible for defining project goals and objectives, ensuring alignment with the company's broader strategies and initiatives. Additionally, you will facilitate communication within the team and across departments, ensuring that all stakeholders are informed and aligned throughout the project lifecycle.

Your expertise will be invaluable in guiding the team through complex technical challenges, ensuring the delivery of high-quality solutions that meet the needs of our customers. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product management, design, and development, to bring innovative solutions to market.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Technical Expertise: Proven experience in backend (Java, Spring Boot, Kafka, PostgreSQL, AWS) and optionally frontend development, with a track record of delivering scalable systems.
  • Leadership Experience: Proven track record of leading teams and working in product-driven companies.
  • Domain Knowledge: Familiarity with one or more core financial domains, such as lending, payments, credit cards, open finance, fraud prevention, merchant acquiring, or investment services.
