Job Description:

A Senior Technical Integration Consultant plays a vital role in the implementation of cloud-based software within the Diversified industry. The team provides leadership and technical expertise to guide customers through their deployments efficiently.

This position works closely with the client's project team to design, develop, and deploy integration solutions for customers. They also work with Workday Deployment Partners in an advisory capacity on partner-led deployments.

The ideal candidate will have knowledge of core design principles, common integration patterns, project implementation methodology, and a successful track record of delivering results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage the integration workstream(s) to meet delivery dates and deliver results.
  • Become an expert on Workday functionality, configuration, and technology.
  • Conduct discovery sessions to document customer integration needs.
  • Design and implement integrations to address complex customer and vendor requirements.
  • Assist customers in testing integrations and conduct knowledge transfer sessions to ensure post-production success.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

The successful candidate should have 6+ years of experience in Human Resources, Payroll, Financials, Integrations, or Reporting domains, along with proven technical skills.

Candidates should also have 5 years of consulting experience, either as an internal consultant or with a consulting/software company.

Implementation experience with Workday, SAP, Oracle, PeopleSoft, or similar Finance, HCM, and CRM applications is essential.
