Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead a critical implementation project for our Tax Brazil program.
This is a contract role responsible for overseeing the entire lifecycle of ERP projects, particularly focusing on finance and tax domains.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end project management for complex ERP implementation, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
- Manage integrations with multiple satellite systems, applications, and interfaces, ensuring seamless data flow and functionality.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including charters, plans, risk registers, and status reports, adhering to PMP standards.
- Proactively identify, mitigate, and resolve project issues and risks, ensuring minimal disruption to timelines and objectives.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders across finance, tax, IT, and external vendors, ensuring clear and consistent communication.
- Govern the project through established methodologies, ensuring quality and compliance with delivery standards.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional and geographically dispersed teams to align project goals and deliverables.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field, with the ability to bridge technical language and business rationale.
- 8+ years of experience as an IT Project Manager, with a proven track record of driving global initiatives in multinational environments.
- Solid understanding of financial processes and systems within a large ERP context (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
- Strong familiarity with PMP/PMI project management methodologies, governance frameworks, and delivery standards.
- Full professional fluency in Portuguese (both written and spoken) is mandatory. English is a plus.
- Hands-on, results-driven approach with a demonstrated ability to drive execution and own outcomes.
