Quality Assurance Manager

The role of a Quality Assurance Manager is to oversee the development and implementation of quality assurance procedures within an organization. This involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and implementing strategies to enhance overall performance.

  • Lead team capacity, forecasting, and resource allocation while accurately evaluating the performance of team members and providing direct feedback.
  • Counsel QA and QA leads to develop and/or enhance the Quality framework, methods for performance management and tracking KPIs.
  • Collaborate to define and drive quality standards and execute strategies to maximize impact and efficiency;
  • Evaluate BPO partners' performance and provide necessary support to meet quality targets.
  • Identify and provide quantitative insights to develop and standardize quality management models and processes across geographies;
  • Work with product, policy, engineering, strategy, operations, and sales teams to identify and implement solutions.
  • Analyze emerging opportunities in the ecosystem and deliver compelling recommendations to leadership;

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Bachelor's Degree or equivalent education/experience in relevant fields.
  2. Experience managing large teams.
  3. Ability to lead effectively, prioritize projects, and ensure delivery of high-quality work under time constraints.
  4. Quality management experience in high-volume and fast-paced environments.
  5. Deep understanding of quality control lifecycle management.
  6. Ability to speak to data with excellent communication skills.
  7. Experience establishing quality standards, measurements, and processes at scale.
  8. Ability to communicate and influence across teams and regions.
