Job Title:

We are seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Professional to lead governance processes, analyze trends and identify solutions.

About the Role:
  • Coordinate quality processes to ensure proper documentation
  • Analyze incidents and review RCA reports from internal and external suppliers
  • Develop remediation plans with clear actions, owners, closure dates and track implementation progress
  • Collaborate with problem owners and mobilize relevant experts to close open records
  • Identify patterns and potential sources of problems by reviewing analysis
  • Makes recommendations for improvements, tracks deliverables and ensures reporting
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in service management (ITIL) and IT operations
  • Technical background in IT infrastructure a plus
  • Ability to work independently with minimal direct guidance
  • English fluency required
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience working in international teams and multi-cultural environments
  • Knowledge of cloud environment and principles beneficial
