Marketing Engine Manager

The ideal candidate will develop and execute a strategic marketing engine that spans multiple channels, driving business growth through data-driven insights.

This role combines content creation, project management, copywriting, and performance analysis to deliver high-impact results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage a comprehensive marketing strategy, incorporating social media, email, and web-based initiatives.
  • Create actionable reporting frameworks to inform creative decisions and optimize campaign performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish a consistent brand voice and messaging framework.
  • Manage the content calendar, planning and executing campaigns across various platforms.
  • Coordinate with designers and video editors to ensure timely asset creation and align on creative strategies.
Qualifications and Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on content, email, and social media.
  • Proven ability to thrive in fast-paced environments, adapt to shifting priorities, and maintain quality standards.
  • Excellent writing and communication skills, with the ability to adapt tone and voice across channels.
