Job Title: SAP Security and Compliance Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced SAP Security and Compliance Specialist to join our team at Organon. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the security and compliance of our SAP systems, as well as providing expert advice on SAP security and GRC best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • SAP Security Administration: Administer SAP user accounts, roles, and authorizations to ensure that users have appropriate access levels based on their roles and responsibilities.
  • SAP GRC Configuration: Configure and maintain SAP GRC modules, including Access Control and Process Controls, to ensure compliance with internal and external regulations.
  • Security Audits and Monitoring: Perform regular security audits and monitor SAP systems for suspicious activities to identify and address security vulnerabilities or breaches.
  • Compliance Management: Ensure that SAP systems and processes comply with relevant regulations and standards, such as SOX and GDPR.
  • Risk Assessment and Mitigation: Conduct risk assessments and develop strategies to mitigate risks within SAP environments.
  • Incident Response: Respond to and investigate security incidents, and coordinate with other IT teams as necessary.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Cybersecurity, or at least 8 years of related field experience.
  • Experience: At least 5 years of experience in SAP security and GRC roles, with hands-on technical experience with SAP S/4 HANA, BW/4 HANA, IBP, ARIBA, SAC, HANA DB, BTP, and SAP GRC Access Control 12.0x or IAG.
  • Skills: Strong knowledge of SAP security configuration, user roles, and authorizations, as well as experience with SAP GRC modules, risk management, and compliance practices.

Preferred Skills:

  • Personal Attributes: Detail-oriented and organized, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Technical Skills: Familiarity with security and compliance tools and technologies, as well as experience with big4 firms (EY, PWC, KPMG, Deloitte) and the pharmaceutical industry.

Working Conditions:

  • Hybrid Role: Occasional travel may be required for training, meetings, or project implementations.
